Here is how players can link their Epic Games account to the Houseparty app to start video chatting with their Fortnite friends. Linking Houseparty to Epic Games comes after creating a stand-alone Houseparty account. The credentials do not need to match those of the user's Epic Games account. Alternatively, Houseparty users can simply make an account from scratch. For players who have a Snapchat, Houseparty can be linked to Snapchat to make an account. They will also need to create a Houseparty account. As an added bonus, players will receive an in-game cosmetic wrap when linking their Epic Games account with the Houseparty app. This allows players to video chat with their Fortnite friends as an alternative to in-game voice chat.
